Heath Perez, Licensed Physical Therapist and Owner of Spine & Sport Physical Therapy, has completed requirements for his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from the Evidence in Motion Institution of Health Professions. Perez also took part in the Executive Program in Private Practice Management. The program’s evidence-based focus will allow him to better serve the community. Perez has been practicing physical therapy for over 14 years. His clinic is known for its specialty in orthopedic spine rehabilitation, yet treats a variety of other orthopedic pain and injuries.
